Mitul Patel,

CEO & Founder

Mitul Patel is founder and CEO of MP Consulting. He brings over 10 years of consumer electronics design experience from Motorola Mobility, and most recently, CUFF, Inc. Mitul graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a BS in Computer Engineering, and went on to get his Master’s of Computer and Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has worked on a variety of projects in his career; from phones and wearables to innovative smart home applications, he has constantly pushed the boundaries of technology and innovation by submitting more than 10 U.S. patents in the last decade. As an avid backpacker, photographer, and nature enthusiast, he is constantly looking to set challenging goals personally and professionally and hopes clients will quickly see that drive and passion in the work that is done.

Heather Brown

Director of Operations & Program Management
Heather brings experience from a wide array of market segments. She forecasted and scheduled bakery production for Tastykake. At PwC, she assisted numerous clients in product forecasting and supply chain management. Most recently, Heather oversaw financial forecasting and inventory management for Ann Taylor & LOFT stores in Canada. Combining these seven years of expertise with a rock star engineering team, Heather’s input into selecting a solid supply chain, as well as defining the retail plan will leave our clients feeling confident going to market and avoid costly mistakes in inventory management.

Minesh Patel

Procurement Manager
Minesh possess significant experience in the technology industry and consumer electronics space. He coordinates the execution of product development process across multiple programs for electrical and mechanical design developments of mobile devices. He drives key initiatives, delivering quality products that meet global regulations, product safety and compliance standards. At MPC, he brings expertise in electrical and mechanical testing, printed circuit board repair & soldering, EMS management, training, mechanical assembly, schematics, layout & wire diagram, interpretation of technical drawings, electrical rework and verification.

Carl Erite

Principal Staff Electrical Engineer
Carl has over 25 years of experience in electrical engineering. Most of his early experience was in the telecommunications industry. He worked at Motorola for over 10 years with focused support for all Android platform phones utilizing Qualcomm and TI OMAP chipsets. For the last several years, Carl has been branching out working as a consultant for a variety of companies on special projects including creating a marketing demo for fluid level sensing hardware for Molex, designing production test fixtures to facilitate the manufacturing process for Enginuity Communications, and designing products to monitor remote AT&T sites for collecting alarm fault conditions and environmental conditions for Unlimited Bandwidth LLC. He brings a deep level of experience to the MPC team.

Principal Staff Electrical Engineer  Brian is a highly proficient electrical engineer with extensive experience in PCB design, RF engineering, and automated test equipment design. He focused on software testing, RF and digital hardware design at Motorola Mobility, before moving to California to pursue RF engineering with Raytheon Space and Airborne systems where he was responsible for the upgrade and transition of a multi-million dollar test system between inter-state locations to increase production capacity while reducing cycle time. At Advanced Bionics LLC, he was the lead engineer for the next-generation implantable cochlear stimulator test system. He brings experience from a diverse background across multiple industries to the MPC team.

Brian Greetis

Tom Kolasa

Senior PCB Designer
Tom is an experienced printed circuit board designer who demonstrates strong interactive design skills. He serves as a technical liaison between engineering departments and other design organizations. He is well versed at interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and extracting related information from the component specifications, reference documentation and supplier data/catalog information. His strong PCB technical expertise rounds out the MPC team.

Senior Software Engineer   Vignesh is a recent graduate and strong embedded software engineer. He is knowledgeable in C, C++, Java, Linux, Python, Assembly (CISC & RISC), VHDL, and Verilog. He has experience in implementing new and more cost effective Linux-based communications solutions, performing hardware optimizations to speed up software models, meeting cost targets and developing working prototypes for clients at all stages of design process. He brings a fresh perspective to the MPC team.

Principal Staff Electrical Engineer  Sanjay is a highly experienced electrical engineer with an audio systems engineering background from over nine years of working at Motorola Mobility. He has experience in audio compliance testing and debug support, component selection, electrical PCB design, and Cirrus Logic and Audio architecture. At Motorola, he was an SME and technical liaison for Acoustic design guidance. He also brings experience in project management, supply chain, and leading cross-functional teams. He holds a patent for adaptive acoustic echo control over speakerphone. Sanjay brings a vast amount of knowledge to round out the MPC electrical engineering team.

Viditha Hanumanthareddy

Principal Staff Software Engineer
Viditha is an embedded software engineer with over 8 years experience working for companies such as Motorola, Google, and Cisco Systems. She has extensive experience in device driver development for Linux, Android, and Windows Mobile OS, Yocto (open source embedded Linux build systems). She is knowledgeable in Linux OS, Linux HW device driver layer, Linux kernel, Android HAL layer and Linux file system. She has experience in architecting, designing, and developing a multi-threaded, power efficient sensor hub system for Android-based multiprocessor embedded devices. She holds expertise in developing device drivers for peripherals, sensors, and Linux drivers.
